This beautiful studio is such a calm, welcoming space, and I feel incredibly lucky to be part of the team here. Teaching reformer has been something I’ve been working towards for a while, and it feels really special to now be offering sessions in such a gorgeous setting ✨

I’m APPI trained in Reformer and Matwork Pilates, alongside my background in physiotherapy, so my classes are always focused on helping you move well, build strength, and feel confident in your body 🤸🏼‍♀️

I’m a qualified physiotherapist since 2017, a VTCT Level 3 trained Massage Therapist, and a certified Pilates instructor through APPI. My passion lies in helping people find time for themselves in our busy, often stressful lives. Whether it’s through a relaxing massage in the comfort of your home or simply creating space for you to unwind, I’m here to help you prioritise you!

Outside of work, you’ll find me bouldering, travelling (Asia has my heart! 🏝️), or cheering on McLaren in the F1 🧡 I believe life is all about balance – and a little self-care goes a long way!
