John Heath & Sons are recruiting. We are looking for two receptionists at our busy funeral home in Meadowhead / Norton. Ideally this will be a jobshare working with the other candidate to cover each week. Monday - Wednesday / Wednesday - Friday. Usually office hours with occasional Saturdays and occasional evenings at home on call.
There will be opportunity for expansion of hours if wished.

The post includes many varied roles but essentially providing support to the company director at John Heath & Sons funeral directors in Burngreave. Strong IT Skills and a knowledge of Microsoft Office - desk-top publishing - designing and producing printed Service Forms. Organising funeral music

Full training given. The job is permanent and full time. Usually Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5.15 pm.
Occasional phone cover when proficient.
The Candidate Must be reliable, smart and personable. Have a good telephone manner and able to deal sensitively with bereaved people. Able to cope with busy periods. Able to learn quickly, be I.T. Literate. Must have a driving license and must be over 20 years old for insurance purposes.

A full time Funeral Office admin assistant required for a busy office with Sheffield's Premier Funeral Directors. Talking to clients, answering telephones and using computers to enter data. Any background in accounts would be favourable but not required. Driving licence preferred. This is a friendly family business and we require friendly hard-working staff. 5 days per week (over Mon - Sat) Mostly in Sheffield but occasionally at other branches.
Some nights on call at home.

Due to expansion, we are recruiting a Driver and funeral worker. Must be over 18 with a full clean driving license and car. This is a full time secure job working for Sheffield's premier funeral directors. Full training will be given. The candidate will be expected to work weekdays and some weekends & nights on call. There is plenty of overtime available.
