Due to a very busy footballing schedule Tom was suffering with some stiffness and tension in both legs, beginning to affect his performance. A few pictures from the past couple of weeks, again with a variety of issue from people from all different backgrounds grounds.

The past few weeks I’ve had an 18 year old power lifting coming in after his first competition, struggling with muscle tightness and soreness.

Joiners, builders, office workers and personal trainers. All having different issues from knee injuries, back pain, rotator cuff injuries and massages for Maintainence.

All my clients feeling the benefit of the treatment and seeing improvements immediately.
