Correction of breast asymmetry with tubular looking breasts into a pleasant / natural looking breasts added significant confidence to this young lady. She had struggled with the shape and differences in her breasts. I approached this situation by asymmetrical periar**lar (around the ar**la) mastopexy, along with differential size implants over the muscle.
Breast asymmetry could pose significant challenges to some ladies. I am delighted with making a positive impact and difference in the lives of these ladies, who reach out to me.

Tuberous breast deformity is a congenital (developmental ) abnormality in the growth and development of the breast. It is characterised by a constricted base and herniation of the breast tissue through a broader ar**la. It is commonly associated with breast asymmetry.
Surgical management and correction does require a significant amount of expertise to produce a cosmetically pleasing outcome and not just to provide a reconstruction.
Mr Awad offers his expertise in management of challenging tuberous breast deformity and breast asymmetry in Sheffield, both in the NHS and privately. Breast asymmetry and tuberous breast deformity can be quite challenging for the ladies. It can affect their self image, self confidence as well as outfits. Breast hypoplasia or micromastia are terms describing significantly smaller breast tissue. This could impose physical and psychological challenges to some ladies. Breast augmentation addresses and rectifies the issue. It is crucial to counsel the lady thoroughly, select the most appropriate implant and the surgical technique of inserting and inserting the implant, to achieve the most pleasing natural looking results (as much as feasible).
This particular lovely lady preferred the tear drop (anatomical ) implants, but wished to achieve the largest possible natural looking outcome. I was delighted to help her achieve her goals and draw signs of happiness on her face and psyche.

Severe breast hyporplasia or micromastia (smaller breast tissue) can cause significant challenges to some ladies. Breast augmentation is well indicated in these cases. Achieving the best possible shape and volume while looking natural is paramount. This is determined by many factors starting from thorough counselling, to choosing the appropriate implant, as well as the surgical technique and pocket creation and implant insertion and inset. This particular lady wished to have the maximum possible volume and a tear drop (anatomical implants).

- Causing physical challenges; back pain, neck pain, pulling on shoulders and intertrigo (breast fold dermatitis)
