Today I received a Certificate of Recognition from ARTHA, an organisation that supports holistic therapies and the people who work in this field.

I’m sharing it because holistic therapy still needs more understanding and visibility. It is not just massage or relaxation, it is work that supports the body and mind, helps regulate the nervous system, and offers people a safe space to breathe and reset.

I’m grateful to be part of a community that values high standards, education, and ethical practice. And I appreciate everyone who chooses holistic therapy and supports therapists like me.

The slow movement helps the tissues wake up and soften.
It tells the nervous system
you can let go now.

Fast techniques can feel strong,
but slow work often melts deeper patterns.

Try this on yourself:
gently lift the skin around your shoulder or neck
and roll it slowly, without force.
Breathe with it.

Sometimes softness does more than pressure.
