Welcome 2022. Thank you for liking my page I've been confused by having my personal page, a group and this one! I'm going to now start to use this page for all things yoga/massage related and hope to keep you inspired.
As we start 2022, let's aim to be a positive force in our communities. Beginning a regular yoga practice (or having a Thai Yoga massage ), can help you feel more at ease in your body and mind. When we feel more at ease in ourselves we are naturally more at ease with around us. There's plenty online now to help you get started. If you find it difficult to practice regularly but would like to, then just choose a simple posture, only one, and commit to practicing it every day for a week or two, explore it. A pose you like, maybe the cat pose or something more challenging, just make sure it's one you are willing to try each day and adapt as you need. Steady and comfortable x Happy New Year 2022 x
