🤗 She joined the Fit4 team this week. When she’s not being an expert physio you will probably find Tanja in the Peak District.

🏔️ As an endurance and adventure enthusiast, she’s always on the go. Her most notable achievements include completing the Montane Spine Sprint in 2023 and the UTMB Fieberbrunn 51km ultra marathon in 2025.

🤶 Testimonial Thursday - Festive edition

📧 I heard about Charlie at Fit4Physio from a fellow member of the University of Sheffield Triathlon club.

🤕 I'd suffered from tendinopathies, often in the same place, for several years and as a result had grown frustrated with physiotherapists. At the time of seeing Charlie I hadn't run for 2 months.

🙌🏻 Charlie took a holistic approach, considering autoimmune conditions, diet and other lifestyle factors, as well as treating the current issue through focussed gymwork and load management.

🏃‍♀️ After only 11 weeks back running and a longest run of under 11k, I ran a 1 minute PB at the Percy Pud 10k

🎄 Well done to Jake all who ran on Sunday - smashed it!
