Even after 7 years of reiki I'm still amazed by what a difference it can make. Sunday was mind Body and Soul day at Lifes a Beach but this day was a little different as it was dedicated to those that suffer with Fibromyalgia and Chronic pain. My wonderful reiki sister Katie Dyson and I together treated 17 people and to say we were knackered was an understatement but it was a huge learning experience and extremely rewarding. Today is Fibromyalgia awareness day so this little picture is dedicated to you all. Namaste Sara xx
