Hi Everyone just a heads up that I have been ill after being on holiday (Not COVID but horrible flu) I've had to move all my appointments that were booked in after my holiday (really sorry) so I have a backlog and limited / no appointments for the next couple of weeks. I am very sorry for the inconvenience of this, what with Easter plans as well. Message me if you are still struggling. My first appointment will be this Thursday for those booked in Thursday, (hoping I am recovered otherwise I will let you know by Wednesday.

It's December already where has time gone? I've got very limited slots in December as I've had the lurgy and had to move my clients onwards, in addition, I am now working in blocks to help keep prices low with increased energy bills etc it's the most efficient way of working. If you don't see an appointment and are really desperate please message me I can't promise but I will do my best

Hi all - please note that I have very limited spaces until the start of October, due to my own holidays and other work. Because of the bank holiday Monday on the 19th the only few spaces I have left are on this date, so please book in early if you require massage for any races / events / post races before October. Otherwise hope to see you all in October

Hello 2022, another bank holiday tomorrow (is it me or is this holiday thing dragging a bit now?) and I am open for appointments in the evening 5.30pm onwards.

Due to the COVID situation I appreciate people are having to cancel at the last minute - so don't worry about any cancellation you may have to make, just rebook another time. If you are looking for an 'on the day' appointment and you see 'no availability try messaging me as the system has a buffer in place so I can organise my other 'lives' but I may have cancellations or availability, I can't guarantee it but always worth asking.
