No yoga classes on Saturday as I'll be busy at the Autumn Unwind event, but I'm up for doing a soulful Sunday class at Evolution Gym Sheffield, 11am-12noon. Msg me if you want to book, if there's enough interest I'll run it😊

Join Scenic Soul Yoga for YOGA on Saturday 18th at 9am.

After that YOGA will be back on 1st nov Sat 9am and 3rd Nov Monday 6pm.

Non members are welcome.

Class schedule update:

Sat 18 Oct - yoga is at Evolution Gym Sheffield only, 9am.
No class on Saturday at Dragon Fitness due to drop-in event.

Due to a pre-planned trip there will be NO yoga classes on:
Mon 20 Oct, Wed 22 Oct, Sat 25 Oct, Mon 27 Oct.

Classes will resume on Wed 29 Oct as per normal schedule.
Everyone is welcome to attend classes at both venues, membership not required.
