Join us for two exciting groups this weekend!
Saturday 6th September 19:00-21:00 - Movie Night
Sunday 7th September 15:00-17:00 - Tea & Chat

No booking required, just turn up!
We look forward to welcoming you over the weekend.

We're almost ready with September's group session calendar, but we do have capacity for a Tea & Chat tonight; from 7pm until 9pm :)

Sometimes setting boundaries at work means:

✔️ Saying “I don’t have capacity right now”
✔️ Logging off on time without guilt
✔️ Taking a proper lunch break (yes, a real one)
✔️ Muting the group chat so you can think

It’s not about being difficult or disengaged, it’s about protecting your capacity so you can do your best without burning out.

These are small choices with big impact - not just for mental health, but for sustainable working.

Let’s normalise boundaries as a strength, not a weakness.
