Sheffield Support Hub offers drop-in mental health support to anyone aged 16 and over.

Being a good ally isn’t about being perfect, it’s about showing up, learning, and taking responsibility.

Trans people carry a lot, from misgendering and assumptions, to hostility and fearmongering across the media, it all takes a real toll on mental health 🧠
