Ray-Lewis Opticians is a brand new Independent Optometry practice now open on 434 Ecclesall Road Sheffield. to his friends! Our aim is simple! Utilizing the very latest technology in Optometry, coupled with a superb start to finish customer service, and a great selection of luxury eyewear, is to provide you with a new unique eyecare experience!

1982 - Pramod - Ray Patel BSc (Hons), MSc, MCOptom, or PJ to his friends, qualified in Optometry from Glasgow

1982 - 1990 - Consultant Optometrist for Dollond and Aitchison

1985 - Founder member of Vision Aid Overseas

1988 - Gained a Masters in Paediatric Optometry

1989 - Became a clinical examiner for the British College of Optometrists

1990 to date - Established an independent practice called Insight Opticians in Chesterfield

1998 to date - Appointed Consulting Optometrist to Sheffield Children’s Hospital

1999 - Appointed Optometric advisor to Sheffield Health Authority
