If you have ever experienced Planter Fasciitis you will know just how painful and debilitating this condition can be!
Plantar fasciitis is one of the most common conditions causing foot and heel pain. It involves inflammation of the plantar fascia — a tough, fibrous band of tissue that runs along the sole of the foot. The plantar fascia attaches to the heel bone (calcaneus) and to the base of the toes.
Symptoms are typically pain in the heel or bottom of the foot, especially when you first get up in the morning or after resting.
