Heart disease is still one of the biggest health challenges we face today. According to the World Health Organization, around 17.9 million people die from cardiovascular diseases each year, and most of these deaths are due to heart attacks and strokes.
The numbers keep rising, partly because of growing issues like obesity, high blood pressure, unhealthy eating habits, and stress. High blood pressure especially is a major concernāit puts constant pressure on the arteries, which over time weakens the heart and raises the risk of serious problems. Without better awareness and lifestyle changes, these numbers are likely to keep climbing in the coming years.
