Heather has now dropped 39lbs and reduced her visceral fat from 16.5 to 14 🙌
Healthy range is around 8, and the goal is usually to drop around 0.5 per review…

This time last year, I was packing for Turkey… ready to have a gastric sleeve.
I’d completely had enough. Struggling with my weight had taken such a massive toll on my body, my confidence and my mindset. I honestly couldn’t see a way forward.

Fast forward to now, and I can’t shout loud enough about how grateful I am for finding Chrysalis Nutrition.

They saved me.
They helped me even when I didn’t want to listen.
They supported me when I felt like giving up on myself.

I’m so incredibly grateful for where I am today — even though I’m nowhere near finished, I’m finally on the right path.
