Our brand new online exercise classes are almost here 💚
A huge thank you to everyone who has already registered - you should have received your joining link by email earlier today.
For anyone who hasn’t signed up yet, here’s what we’ve got coming up:
🟢 Monday at 12.30pm - Move (Gentle Circuits)
🟢 Tuesday at 10am - Mindful Movements
🟢 Wednesday at 1.30pm - Seated Move (Chair based exercises)
🟢 Wednesday at 3pm - Balance Boost (based on Otago)
🟢 Friday at 2pm - Pilates
Join one class… or all five - it’s completely up to you 😊
All these classes are completely FREE throughout February.
After that, it’s just £20 a month if you choose to continue - but don’t worry, to claim your free month you don’t need a credit card, there’s no obligation, and absolutely no stress 😊
