Our community-based homes provide specialist nursing care for adults living with complex needs arising from mental ill-health, neuro-disability, learning disability and/or autism, spinal and brain injury and complex dementia.

From litter picking, to chatting with friendly faces and furry friends along the way, she's been spreading her smiles, and keeping the community green 💚

On her last visit, Caroline went above and beyond - not missing a single piece of litter!

The Park Ranger was so impressed with her spirit, he awarded her the title of Volunteering Champion🏆

Our Regional Service User Ambassadors took centre stage last week at Nursing Live UK 🎉

As always, Alex and Dave inspired everyone there by sharing their lived experiences and passion for co-production 💚

Their session brought reflection, laughter, and quite a few tears!

They were cheered on not only by the huge crowd, but by fellow Ambassadors Pat, Leanne, and Abi who also came along to support 🥰

Residents, families, colleagues, and neighbours came together to launch a community food donation drive for the Fishwick area.

Together, they filled three big bags with tins, biscuits, sauces, and sweet treats for local food banks 🥰

Thanks to our incredible Activities Team at Scotia Heights, that wish came true 💐

Together they travelled to Blackwell in Derby, enjoyed a delicious lunch, and spent a day sharing heartfelt memories.
