Heres the feedback from one of the Thai Massages 💜

'I wasn’t sure what to expect but Louisa explained the process and the differences between a traditional massage and the Thai style. There’s some areas that are more sensitive to the pressure points but there are some good stretches too and it’s an interesting technique.

Being on the floor is different but makes sense.

I only had it done today and can't say i feel any drastic changes as such, but I do feel very tired and like my body has had a work out.

I'm hoping this helps sleep tonight. I'll let you know'.
