We believe in giving back and supporting our local community 🥰

At a recent staff seminar, we invited our team to nominate two local charities to support.

Everyone was given a £5 voucher to vote for their chosen cause, and we’re delighted to share that the charities selected were Bluebell Wood Children's Hospice and Rotherham Hospice.

This engaging approach allows us to involve our team, support those who need it the most, give back to our community and continue to show our care in action 😍

We not only care like family, but we also care for our family 💞

That’s why we recently held an Aspire staff meeting, where we talked about support.

We know that sometimes everyone needs extra help and support, including our staff. This is why we invited Alison from Talking Therapies and Anya from WorkWell to speak with our team about their services and explain how they can assist.

Could you be our next Social Care Service Manager? 🤔

We’re looking for a Service Manager, but to succeed in this role, you need to be more than a manager...

You need to be an inspirational leader, a great communicator and someone who's ready to advocate for the people we support.

Here’s what we need from you (experience, skills, qualifications, etc):

➡️ Proven experience in care management and leading a team
➡️ Strong working knowledge of CQC compliance and care regulations
➡️ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (Level 5 or willingness to complete within 12 months)
➡️ Solid IT skills and confident managing care documentation
➡️ Full UK driving licence and access to a car
➡️ Experience with rota management, performance reviews, and staff training (desirable)
➡️ Excellent problem-solving skills and a calm, collaborative leadership style (desirable)
➡️ A track record of safeguarding and promoting wellbeing (desirable).

In return, our new Service Manager will receive:

✅ A competitive salary: £31,000 - £35,000 a year
