Please join us in congratulating Sam, who’s been promoted to Finance Director.

Sam first joined Aspire back in 2013 as our Office Manager, and she’s grown with the business ever since. Over the years she’s progressed into HR & Finance Manager, and now she’s stepping up onto the Board as a Company Director. It’s a brilliant example of what hard work, ambition, and real belief in Aspire can lead to.

Alongside everything she’s done day to day, Sam has also kept pushing herself and has recently completed her AAT qualifications too, which is a huge achievement and shows the dedication she brings to her role.

Sam has been a key part of building Aspire into what it is today. She’s helped shape our culture, strengthen our finances, and support our teams through so much growth. Her leadership is steady, thoughtful, and always grounded in our values.

This is a really important step forward for Aspire and having Sam as Finance Director gives us even more confidence as we keep moving forward.

Well done, Sam, you’ve absolutely earned this, and I’m excited for what’s next as we continue to grow together.

We’re looking for Community Support Workers to join the Aspire team in Rotherham.

Our work involves supporting adults within the community, including individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and associated communication or behavioural support needs.

You’ll be working in people’s own homes and local environments, with ongoing in-house training and support to help you develop your skills and confidence.

Back in November, we were pleased to welcome the YOLO Bus to our Manvers office as part of our ongoing commitment to supporting the wellbeing of our staff.

This visit was delivered in partnership with , an organisation dedicated to helping employers create healthier, more supportive working environments. Workwell provide practical wellbeing support, guidance, and initiatives that focus on both mental and physical health, helping people feel supported at work and beyond.

The YOLO Bus itself is a mobile wellbeing hub, designed to create a relaxed and accessible space for conversations around health, balance, and support. Bringing it directly to our workplace meant colleagues could engage in a way that fitted around their working day.

It’s moments like these that remind us how important it is to pause, connect, and celebrate the people who make Aspire Pc what it is. whether they’re office-based or out in the community making a real difference every day.

We know that wellbeing looks different for everyone, and initiatives like this give us the opportunity to support our people in meaningful, practical ways. We’re proud to be continuing our work with Workwell and look forward to building on this partnership.

Our office team spent a rewarding corporate volunteering day supporting Rotherham Hospital, helping run stalls at their Christmas fair.
