Returning to rhythmic menstrual flow ~
When your menstrual cycle arrives too early, too late, or skips altogether, it is your body speaking.
Just like you and me are communicating through the English language, so too does the body converse, in its very own particular language.
A healthy rhythm flows every 21–35 days. When it becomes irregular, it’s often a sign of disrupted communication between the womb, ovaries, and brain: the hormonal feedback system that governs flow and fertility.
