PD Warrior Sheffield started running PD Warrior circuit classes at Hallamshire Physiotherapy Clinic in 2016. The two instructors in Sheffield Karen Hodgson and Dr Bhanu Ramaswamy OBE have both worked in the Parkinsons field for many years. Both are passionate about improving and enriching the lives of people with Parkinsons and are both believers in exercise being a great way forward for keeping people fit and active.
The PD Warrior programme is unique in its structure and is an excellent way of empowering people in the early stages of their disease to take control.
