Flashback to last week… when “days off” still involve a little venue spotting 👀✨

While visiting the incredible National Railway Museum in York with my two little daughters, I couldn’t resist popping into Station Hall to take a look at the potential of its large dinner space… because in events, the inspiration (and work!) never really stops 🚂

Station Hall has just undergone an extensive refurbishment, and the transformation is seriously impressive. Set within the museum’s huge former steam locomotive depot, the scale of the space immediately sparks ideas for gala dinners, awards evenings and large-scale corporate events surrounded by true British engineering history.

Back in 1975, the National Railway Museum opened its doors, becoming the very first national museum outside London. The former depot proved to be the perfect home, and it was an immediate success with the public. Today, it remains one of Britain’s busiest museums and is perhaps the most popular railway museum in the world 🌍

There’s something special about hosting events in spaces that already tell a story, and Station Hall certainly has plenty to tell.

A little throwback to sunnier times ☀️🌿

As we start the search for a new location for a clients’ Summer Garden Party this year, we’ve just been sent the photos from last year’s event & we had to share them!😍

📍Hosted at the stunning Loseley Park in Surrey, this historic house and its immaculate gardens provided the perfect backdrop for a truly special summer celebration. With a large marquee positioned in front of the house, guests enjoyed the best of both worlds - grand surroundings, open green space, and a bespoke event build designed for entertaining in style 🥂

From elegant garden views to a beautifully curated event space, it was one of those days that reminds us why outdoor summer events are so magical✨

Now, with those memories fresh in mind, the hunt begins for this year’s Summer Garden Party venue… 🌎🗺️ Watch this space!

Exploring the hidden gems of the in our hometown of 📍First stop: Kelham Island Museum, located uniquely between the currents of the Sheffield's River Don 🌊.

This small man-made island was initially built in the 12th century as a mill race, although it has served many different functions since then!

From powering the Lords of the Manor, the city, the home of local businesses, to a museum, their diverse, new, exciting venue space offered the ideal location for a corporate event in the spring. Set back from the noise in a unique island location, but only minutes away from Sheffield city centre.

⭐ A special event in support of an incredible charity ⭐

The team at Sands - baby loss charity provides incredible support to parents affected by pregnancy and infant loss — a tragic experience impacting 1 in 6 pregnancies and 1 in 13 births every day in the UK 😔

To recognise the incredible work of , the team was proud to work closely with the a local school last month to host a fun-filled tournament raising money for welcoming 46 players and plenty of prizes to the court-based 🏸

With over 10 years of experience delivering events in and beyond, 📍 we’ve partnered with a wide range of businesses, community groups, charities, and private clients, offering high-quality event coordination for any occasion! 💪

Although torrential rain may have visited on the weekend of the Orchard Square ☔, the festive spirit continued with 14,000 people (per day! 😉) passing through to see the and fun Christmas themed activities 🎅

Thanks to all our superb decorators, stall owners, and partners for a wonderful weekend, and also Hollie, for the very thoughtful letter to the team 🙏
