Happy Autumn Equinox everyone. I wasnt ready for it last week, but after a beautiful break away in Ingleton, watching and closely feeling the changes in weather come and go in such close proximity…I’m now more ready! Some of the leaves are starting to change colour and fall, as Mother Nature lets go of what no longer is serving, and prepares for go inward, to nourish and rest, ready for a new cycle next year. It’s a great time for us to do the same. To clear out the clutter both inside and out, and get ready to hunker down to nourish our bodies and souls as the dark nights creep in. Xx
