Calling all new mamas! 💚

Our next 4-week Post Natal Recovery Yoga course starts this Wednesday. Babies are welcome!

These 45 minute classes are designed to help you reconnect with yourself after the birth of your baby.

During the course we focus on:

🧘‍♀️Simple techniques to re-connect and strengthen our pelvic floors
🧘‍♀️Movements to bring mobility to sore or stiff part of the bodies such as backs and shoulders
🧘‍♀️Exercises to increase core strength and awareness
🧘‍♀️Breathing practices to bring calmness in everyday life

This class is highly suited for those in the first stage of their post natal recovery and aims to take tired parents on to the next phase in their post natal period.

Our next four week course starts Wednesday 29th October, 11:00 - 11:45.

These classes are a great way to bond with your baby, and bring many benefits like helping to relieve many common complaints such as: colic, wind, reflex, poor digestion, and sleeplessness.

Baby massage has been practiced for years, and in some cultures it's ritually passed from one generation to another.

Welcome! We offer two areas of expertise.

Ashtanga Yoga and Mysore. We are fortunate enough to have Sheffield's only KPJAYI and JSY Authorised teachers in the form of Nicola Harpin and Jodie Jeacock at the Reach. Our highly qualified Ashtanga team all have regular practices and follow the practice schedule as set out by KPJAYI.

We run the only full Mysore programme in Sheffield and cater for all of those seeking to learn about the unique benefits of the ashtanga style and the way it is taught.

In addition to Ashtanga and Mysore we offer a host of other amazing yoga classes with Sheffield's finest specialist teachers.
