This is my first time having eyebrows done with Sue. I wasn't entirely satisfied with how they were done last time over 3 years ago. Thus I did a lot of research into it before contacting her, and I'm pleased that I've made the right choice. She is very knowledgeable and attention to details. Throughout the entire process, she was taking time to make sure the treatment was done properly and to my satisfaction.

I now can't stop looking at my eyebrows constantly after the treatment, and thinking how natural they look straightaway. I'd recommend her to anyone who wants to get their eyebrows done, and will certainly go back to her for more treatments should I require. Thank you Sue!

Client Safety in Aesthetics – Why Training Matters

On Friday I was contacted by a lady who had recently had lip filler treatment at another clinic and was experiencing a serious complication. She had tried to contact the original practitioner but unfortunately was not offered the support she needed.

Due to the nature of the symptoms, I carried out an emergency dissolve treatment on Friday. I also contacted my training academy, , and received immediate support and guidance from Chris via FaceTime throughout the process.

Following close monitoring, I felt it was clinically necessary to carry out a second dissolve treatment early on Saturday morning, and the client returned at 7:30am. She was also advised to see her GP for antibiotics to reduce the risk of infection.

I’m pleased to say the situation was resolved and the client is now recovering at home. Full healing will take a few weeks, which is completely normal in cases like this.

Complications are rare, but they can happen – and when they do, fast, correct action is crucial.
If you are considering filler treatment, always ask your practitioner: • Are you trained in emergency dissolve procedures?

• Can you recognise a vascular occlusion or compression?
• Do you have protocols and support in place if something goes wrong?
