A couple of years ago I went to a friend's bathroom and saw a pile of Nature books next to the toilet. In an effort to spend less time on the phone, I have copied her. This book is ideal for dipping into and finding so many things of interest about the author's experience of 'Wilding' 3,500 acres of land!

I had such a great time at my stall in MenoFest 2025 in Sheffield on Saturday. I had a great spot in the corner where I could offer 5 minute Alexander Technique tasters that went down so well I had to put my sign away! It was fabulous and a great opportunity to meet some awesome women.

On Tuesday I attended a lovely Networking event at Whirlowhall Farm. When leaving I asked some gardeners working there, where the nearest bus stop was and they directed me down a path where I found these apples decorating the fence. I love that somebody took the time to do this. They look a little spooky to me.

These were picked at the end of last week at a lovely allotment run by Bloom in Woodseats. I can't get over the colours at this autumnal time of year.
My chosen job was collecting rotten apples, which involved using my Alexander Technique skills to crawl around beneath the low tree bows.

When the children were younger I used to keep up a nature table. Today I decided to make my own nature table with things I found fallen in the winds today, during my walk from work, through Nether Edge.

I had such an amazing experience yesterday attending Johanna's 'Circles Together' women's circle at the Nook in Dyson Square. It feels so empowering to be in a room with other women and sharing our experiences.
