This week is National Apprenticeship Week! We are celebrating all of our lovely apprentices and showing appreciation for how hard they work.

Sensory box !✨🌈
The babies enjoyed a spontaneous activity as they explored the sensory box ! This was great for all ages of our babies and an all round enticing sensory experience 🌈✨

💗THE BABY ROOM FAMILY BOOK💗
It is children's mental health awareness week✨in support of this one of our goals is to familiarise our babies with their new key workers \ staff so that they feel safe and create great relationships with their carers. This morning the babies have enjoyed exploring the new photo book which pictures all of the staff in the room so that they can familiarise themselves with our faces ! The older babies enjoyed pointing to staff and saying their names ! 😊❤

🌈🌈EDIBLE PAINTING🌈🌈
A lot of our babies next steps , is to begin to develop friendships and to manage transitions from parent to key worker ! We have engaged in an activity that we knew all of our key children would enjoy and bond over ! We all absolutely loved this activity and we loved discovering the different colours ( and tastes😆) with our friends ! Babies learn a lot in the early years by discovering textures using their mouths ! This is why it was important to us to make an edible activity that is safe for all of our ages of babies to explore 😊❤🌈

Our word of the week in Toddlers is "rain", so today we decided to go out for a quick trip in the rain to see the puddles at the park! We had so much fun.🌧☔
