🚨 WE’RE HIRING 🚨

Hi-Point Access Ltd are offering a great opportunity to join our office team! 💚

📍 Based at our Ecclesfield office
🕒 Full time: Monday to Thursday 8:30am – 5pm, Friday 8:30am – 4pm

The role includes:
• Answering calls and taking accurate messages
• Appointment setting and diary management
• Dealing with customer enquiries
• Preparing quotes
• General admin duties (filing, scanning, emails, Word & Excel)
• Orders and deliveries
• Accounts, invoicing and money handling (Xero experience is a bonus)

We’re looking for someone who:
• Has great customer service skills
• Is confident with IT (Word, Excel, Microsoft & Google)
• Can work independently and as part of a team
• Can work to targets and deadlines
• Is proactive and able to problem solve
