Believe in Yourself Even When It Feels Hard To:
Somewhere along the way, I lost my self-confidence.
Not all at once it faded quietly, through self-doubt, comparison, and the constant pressure to keep up. I forgot what it felt like to be proud of what I have built, what I have created, and who I am becoming.
But on Thursday at the shoot surrounded by women and new friends .towers who radiate independence, strength, and authenticity, something shifted.
They reminded me that confidence doesn’t have to be loud or perfect. It’s the quiet decision to step out anyway even when your heart races, even when you’d rather blend in.
I found myself doing something: wearing a tight white fluff outfit with encouragement from and feeling completely me.
Not hiding, not toning myself down, not waiting to be “ready.”
In a world that can feel crowded with comparison, the most powerful thing you can do is believe in yourself unapologetically.
Be proud of what you’ve built for me my clinic and Emaze inner health although this is in its infancy it’s my vision that keeps me up at night, and to keep the courage it takes to start again and again.
There will always be competition, but no one can replicate your energy, your story, your light.
So step forward.
Celebrate the things that make you you.
Surround yourself with women like who remind you of your strength, not your flaws.
Wear the outfit you thought you couldn’t pull off. Launch the idea you’ve been overthinking.
Speak with confidence about what you’ve created , because you deserve to take up space in every room you walk into.
And maybe that’s what self-confidence truly is:
not waiting for permission,
but realising you were always allowed to shine.
