Deep deep thanks to everyone for all the support along the way.

Big love to each and everyone of you here ❤️ I am so glad our paths crossed.

I am sending so much love and gratitude to all my wonderful clients that I met along the way. Thank you for your trust, openness and for sharing your womb journeys with me 🙏

Personally, Sheffield was 5 rollercoaster years of intense healing, on all levels, and I am in love with the person I have become on the other side 🥰 I am so grateful for all that Sheffield gave me & a piece of Sheffield will always be in my heart.

I'll be back on here again soon once I get settled in Vietnam 🇻🇳🇻🇳🇻🇳

What a beautiful fourth and final Womb Circle it was last Friday 🌀❤️

4 Circles for the 4 seasons of our cycles (bleed, follicular, ovulation, luteal). 4 Circles for the four seasons of the Earth (winter, spring, summer, autumn). 4 Circles for our 4 inner archetypes (crone, maiden, mother, medicine/wild woman) 🌀

Bittersweet that it was the final one last Friday. But I am so glad I did them, better late than never 🥰 but they were in perfect and divine timing.

I am seriously in awe of the power that can be generated as women sit together in circles. The power that rises when women speak their truth. The love that holds us all as we tenderly allow our vulnerability to be revealed and held.

Thank you to all that joined me, you are forever in my heart 🙏🥰❤️

Hello, it's been aaaages since I re-introduced myself! Also, thank you so much for 500 followers, wow! 😍

So who am I? My name is Joanne (not Jo, Joe or Joey Jo Jo). I am Irish but have spent the last 11.5 years living in South Korea, Vietnam and Sheffield, England 🥰

I love all things energy, especially Womb Connection and Reiki. I love trees, willows being my favourite. I am happiest in nature or eating a really good pizza in the sun ☀️

Professionally, I am a fully trained, insured and qualified Womb & Fertility Massage Therapist, Holistic Massage Therapist and Reiki Master. I have trained in Hatha, Restorative, Yin, Yoga Nidra and Mindfulness Yoga. I've also spent over 11 years teaching ESL (English as a second language).

I love to travel, explore nature, dance and sing! I'm learning to play the 🎸.

I see so many clients who have experienced a termination. Many of them carry around a sense of guilt and shame, even though they know that they made the right choice for themselves. They keep their experience to themselves and deal with this difficult (and sometimes traumatic) event alone.

After an a.bortion, it can be difficult to come back into union with your womb once more.

The procedure itself can be quite uncomfortable, difficult, and/or traumatising. There is also little to no aftercare support offered through most medical systems. All of this can lead to a complete (or partial) emotional and spiritual disconnect from your womb and your cycles - and can lead to a sense of distrust between yourself and your womb.

In my Womb Connection sessions, I create a space for you to gently sit with your experience of termination. I am not a talk therapist, but I am a great listener and I give you the time and space to hold your experience.

I gently guide you to connect with your womb once more. You can then begin to shift the energy blocks, distrust, shame, anger, fear, rage, grief and guilt that may be residing in your womb.

We move at your pace.

You can ask for and receive what you need.

What a privilege it is to sit in circle with women who are dedicating themselves to connecting deeper with their wombs.

What a joy it is to see the spark of light enter a woman's eyes as she connects in with her womb for the first time.

What a beautiful dream it is to be able to share my spiritual gifts so freely without the real threat of persecution my ancestors (and past selves) experienced.

What a heart opening experience it is to cry tears of joy and pain that this is what my life's work is.

The Womb.

I walk this path into the unknown of the womb.
