Back pain , Sciatica or trapped nerve are rarely an indication of serious disease but can be very painful and difficult to cope with. When stuff yourself with pain killers and going back and forth to the GP doesn't solve the problem why not try a tested , evidence based and easy to follow way to help you with !?
To understand pain that lasts more than few days you have to act like a detective. you have to listen, ask the right questions and than conduct a thorough physical examination. Only after finding out the true source of pain , the road to recovery can be planned and successfully executed. It takes time, it requires dedication from therapist and patient , but the results speak for themselves.
If you have a problem, I will listen and examine you thoroughly. I will let you know if I can help you, and if I cannot, I will refer you to the appropriate specialist. If I accept you as a patient, I expect to see results shortly and act at the best of my abilities to lead you to live a full and active life.
