Twelve Trees Care Established in 1994 Twelve Trees is familiar face within the local community.

Making the decision to move in to a residential home can be difficult, whether it be for yourself or for a loved one. Here at Twelve Trees we understand and appreciate the importance of making sure that any move to a new home is the right one for the individual. That is why we invite any potential new residents to come and meet us, whether that be for an informal chat and a look around our home, o

r to take part in one of our many activities and meet the other residents who live here at Twelve Trees. Our dedicated care team provides 24 hour care for all our residents; each and every resident has a detailed care plan, tailored towards their individual needs, preferences and choice about the care they receive is a priority here at Twelve Trees. Helping our residents live fulfilling lives in a comfortable safe environment is at the centre of everything we strive to achieve. Promoting dignity, respect and choice are key aspects in the care provided by our staff.

What another lovely week here at Twelve Trees Care Home ! 😊☀️🕺🎤🍾🥂🎉

Sunday was a great day out at Sharrow Market~full of smiles, great atmosphere, and we even managed to sneak in a cheeky beer 🍻

We enjoyed Mandy and Sean 🎤🎶who certainly entertained us,the dance floor was full again as usual 🕺💃

We all enjoyed movie 🎥 day 🍭 🍿

Chair exercises was a hit with our new lady Enid she thoroughly enjoyed her first day with us and said she will definitely we returning.

A trip to Costa is always a must for us here at Twelve Trees ☕️

A nice trip to Sheffield town centre today was enjoyed, managed to grab a ☕️ and 🍰 came home to enjoy music sat in our lovely garden in this glorious weather☀️😊🎶

Today we want to say a huge thank you to the lovely Nena, who has been on placement with us since November.Nena has been such a brilliant help,and both our residents and staff are going to miss her so much.💛

Thank you , Nena for everything you’ve done~you’ve made a real difference during your time with us.Wishing you all the very best for your next chapter…We know you’ll do amazing things!🌟

You will be truly missed!

What a fantastic week we’ve had here at TwelveTrees Care Home! 🌞

On Monday, we enjoyed a wonderful trip to Matlock Bath, soaking up the sunshine with fish and chips followed by some delicious ice cream 🍦– a perfect day all round!

Tuesday brought music and joy as the lovely Alan Turner came to sing for us, and what a treat it was when he brought his mum Debbie along too, who also sang beautifully. The dance floor was full, and everyone had such a great time! 🎶💃

On Wednesday, we headed out to Wentworth Garden Centre 🌲 where we enjoyed a lovely picnic surrounded by gorgeous plants and even spotted some beautiful birds – such a peaceful and relaxing day.

Thursday was full of seaside fun at Cleethorpes! The residents loved the sand, the amusements, and of course, the donuts went down an absolute treat! 🍩🌊🐟🌞

And today, we’re off on another adventure to Heeley City Farm 🐐– we can’t wait to see what the day brings!

So many smiles, laughter, and special memories made this week 💚🎉

Last week at Twelve Trees has been full of fun, laughter, and sunshine! ☀️

We started off with a lovely trip to Endcliffe Park, enjoying the fresh air and beautiful surroundings. Back at home, we were treated to a wonderful garden performance from Terry Freeborn – everyone had a fantastic time singing along while enjoying ice cream in the sunshine 🍦🎶 enjoyed coffee and a stroll around Millhouses park

We also had a fantastic friendship lunch at Mosborough Hall, complete with great music from Oliver. It was a truly special outing for everyone involved.

One of the highlights of the week was getting our hands on one of the famous “elephant’s feet” – and it certainly didn’t disappoint! 😋

Back in the garden, the sunshine continued as residents took turns giving the piñata a good bash. The chocolate didn’t stand a chance of melting after Trish and Mo got involved 😂 A big well done to Mo, who won and kindly shared the treats with everyone 👏

To round off a brilliant week, we enjoyed a trip to M&S followed by a well-deserved coffee at Costa ☕️

Last week at Twelve Trees care home,we had a wonderful time putting up our decorations and getting into the spring spirit 🌸🐣 , we did lots of one _ones with our residents as well as a trip for fish and chips just for the gentlemen 💙we hope everyone had a lovely Easter break!

Today on Bank holiday Monday, a few of our residents enjoyed a beautiful trip to Endcliffe park.The sun was shining ☀️making it a perfect day to relax outdoors ☀️We enjoyed coffee ☕️ and cake 🍰 in the sunshine,sharing smiles and special moments together.

Each resident also received a chocolate egg 🍫🐰

What a lovely and meaningful week we’ve had at Twelve Trees Care Home💛

We enjoyed a wonderful friendship lunch at Tapton Hall, sharing great food and even better company. A peaceful visit to Endcliffe Park gave us the chance to see a very special memorial tree dedicated to a resident’s husband - a truly touching moment for everyone.

We also took a gentle stroll around Chelsea Park, making the most of the fresh air and springtime scenery🍃

One of our lovely ladies had a very special day as we chaperoned her to her granddaughter wedding - such a privilege to be part of such a journey family occasion💐

To top it all off, we were delighted to welcome back the wife of a previous resident, who joined us for coffee and cake. It was so nice to catch up and share memories together☕️🍰

It’s been a week full of connections, smiles, and special moments💖

What a great week we had last week! ☘️

We started off celebrating St Patrick’s Day with a delicious homemade Irish stew, followed by some beautiful cup cakes made by our wonderful cook Helen. A big thank you to Mandy and Sean who entertained us with some fantastic Irish songs~it really hit everyone in the spirit🎶

Later in the week,we were delighted to welcome Andy Greaves who kept us all smiling with his brilliant entertainment.

We also enjoyed a trip out to Costa Coffee and Marks & Spencer’s which everyone thoroughly loved ☕️🛍️

Back at home, we made the most of the gorgeous sunshine 🌞 with chair exercises in our beautiful garden. It was so nice to relax outdoors, soaking up the first sunny day of the year while admiring our blooming flowers 🌸🌷🌺🌼🌻

To top it all off, we spent time listening to some favourite tunes on the record player,enjoying refreshments together in the garden ~a perfect way to welcome the brighter days ahead ☀️

Hi everyone 😊
We know it’s been a little while since our last post… have you missed us ? 😊We’ve been very busy here at Twelve Trees care home!

Our residents have been enjoying lots of lovely activities and outings recently.We’ve been out for fish & chips,taken trips to the pub for lunch,and even had a little shopping trip to pick up some Easter goodies 🐣🛍️.

Terry freeborn came to entertain us 🕺🎶
We enjoyed hydration week with lots of fresh fruit 🍋‍🟩 🍑🍌🍊🍎🍓🍍🍒🍋🍉🍏🥝

We celebrated world book day 📖
We had a lovely scenic drive to Hope Valley 🚘☀️☀️😎

Back at the home We’ve been keeping active with chair exercises,and one of our residents enjoyed a special visit to another care home to see a dear friend.We also had a wonderful trip to see a beautiful baby pony who was just 5 days old~such a lovely experience for everyone 🐴

A very special celebration took place for Sylvia’s 90th birthday 🎉🎂where we enjoyed a wonderful afternoon tea together to mark the occasion.

And to top it all off, we celebrated Mother’s Day with a delicious cream tea made by our amazing cook Helen~ it looked beautiful and tasted just as good 💐🍰

It’s been a busy and happy time at Twelve Trees,and we look forward to sharing more of our moments with you all soon.

What a fantastic week we have had!🎉

🎤Martin came to sing for us,and the lovely Andy Greaves kept us entertained!

We enjoyed a visit to kelham Island,a shopping trip to crystal peaks,and a lovely lunch with the ladies.

We also took in the beautiful views at Ladybower reservoir,celebrated 5 birthdays🎂and finished it all off with a delicious carvery at Crosspool Tavern.
