Twelve Trees Care Established in 1994 Twelve Trees is familiar face within the local community.

Making the decision to move in to a residential home can be difficult, whether it be for yourself or for a loved one. Here at Twelve Trees we understand and appreciate the importance of making sure that any move to a new home is the right one for the individual. That is why we invite any potential new residents to come and meet us, whether that be for an informal chat and a look around our home, or to take part in one of our many activities and meet the other residents who live here at Twelve Trees. Our dedicated care team provides 24 hour care for all our residents; each and every resident has a detailed care plan, tailored towards their individual needs, preferences and choice about the care they receive is a priority here at Twelve Trees. Helping our residents live fulfilling lives in a comfortable safe environment is at the centre of everything we strive to achieve. Promoting dignity, respect and choice are key aspects in the care provided by our staff.

Good morning ๐Ÿ˜Šโ˜€๏ธ

Last week was another brilliant week here at Twelve Trees care home ๐ŸŒฒ.

Our residents have been enjoying a fantastic range of outings recently, including a full filled trip for Michael to the snooker hall ! There were plenty of smiles, some impressive shots,and lots of friendly competition.๐ŸŽฑ

Some residents enjoyed a trip to cross scythes and the Mosborough hall for friendship lunch, itโ€™s always nice to get together for a friendship lunch-good chat, good food, and great people.

We enjoyed the lovely Carol from cats in pyjamas singing and dancing for us.๐ŸŽค๐Ÿ’ƒ

We did our weekly chair ๐Ÿช‘ exercises
We enjoyed a Christmas shopping trip๐Ÿ›๏ธ ๐Ÿง‘๐Ÿผโ€๐ŸŽ„

Then we finished the week off with a Italian themed day ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡น there was a great atmosphere, the Italian dishes were amazing -fresh, flavourful, and full of that classic Italian comfort.

Long time no see from all of us here at Twelve Trees, have you missed us? Weโ€™ve been super busy preparing for the seasons ahead ๐ŸŽƒ ๐Ÿ”ฅ ๐Ÿคถand most of all welcoming a few new residents and helping them to settle in with everyone.
