Today our female members have taken part in a 'Female Intimate Health & Wellbeing' Workshop.

We discussed areas around our thoughts about our intimate health & wellbeing, what are the do's & don'ts, what are we doing currently and what changes need to be made, as well as making their own ' Ladies Emergency Kit Bag', full with items for those emergencies and unplanned situations.
