Join us for 4 sessions with Sarah, a qualified and experienced instructor who offers menopause awareness and support through yoga, mindfulness, and education.
Sarah will be delivering four sessions, these will have three parts:
- Education and awareness session, explaining how physical activity can benefit women during and after menopause.
- Ladies circle, where the participants will share their experiences, feelings, and advice with each other in a supportive and confidential environment.
- Movement session, where Sarah will guide the participants through yoga and Pilates exercises, breathing techniques, mindfulness practices, and self-massage techniques.
Individual sessions starting on Saturday 31 May, Saturday 7 June, Saturday 14 June and Saturday 21 June at 10-am -12pm.
