This most definitely isn't "new year, new you/me"
This is a (re) continuation of what (re) began last year.
Progress over perfection. Consistency carving the canyon... one step uphill after another (I don't "do running"!) - by the time my jobs today were done, it was dark and VERY cold outside, and I didn't fancy walking alone, so it was out to the rehab treadmill currently sitting in the messy garage for me!
Time to get moving and get some steps in. Nasal breathing, barefoot shoes (of course!) and a steady uphill cadence. Didn't really want to. Definitely needed to!
Health is is journey, not a destination. Sometimes it's unglamorous, awkward, uncomfortable and not what I want to do. Always feel a benefit from it though!
