Hi, I’m Kate a former NHS midwife, now personal trainer and women’s wellness coach. I run Kate Campbell Fitness, a welcoming gym and studio based in S11 (just below Miller & Carter at Parkhead).

With over 20 years experience supporting women through pregnancy, birth, and beyond, I now specialise in helping women stay strong and recover well with safe, realistic exercise and support.

I’m regularly asked:

The answer to all three is yes and I’m here to guide you with expert support.

Pregnancy Fitness Class with Physio and expert trainer Lauren running over the summer.
Every Tuesday at 7:15pm
A calm, informative session focusing on safe movement, birth prep, Pilates and maintaining strength during pregnancy.

Postnatal Foundations Course
Starts Wednesday 10th September, 1pm
Limited to 6 spaces to allow for personal guidance. A structured, progressive course designed to rebuild core strength and confidence after birth. Babies welcome.

Our Story

Keep Mums Fit was created by Kate Campbell in 2007 experienced Midwife Personal Trainer Pre & Postnatal exercise specialist and Mum of 2 - with the sole aim of delivering safe effective, expert fitness classes to the many mums of sheffield who wanted to remain fit and active throughout their pregnancies and the postnatal period.

Its hard to know what you can and can’t do, so with guidance, nutritional information and a progressive pathway for mums to follow to ensure they have a healthy pregnancy and safe return to the sports they love following birth Keep mums fit will deliver an effective exercise programme that focuses on adapting traditional exercises to support your changing body throughout pregnancy and will help you reconnect and restore your body safely post-birth.
