Breast/chest feeding is often described as “the most natural thing in the world”… and yet for so many parents, the experience can feel anything but straightforward.

The pressure, the learning curve, the physical and emotional toll, the constant cycle of tending to a tiny human while trying to trust your body — it can be beautiful, and it can be incredibly hard at the same time.

For some, feeding looks effortless.
For others, it’s a journey of perseverance, advocacy, tears, tiny wins, big emotions and daily decisions.

Whether it lasted hours, weeks, months or years — every feeding journey is valid. Every single one is rooted in love.

For many parents, the idea of preserving their breast/chest milk in a piece of jewellery becomes more than a keepsake.

It becomes a symbol of strength, devotion, connection and everything it took — seen and unseen — to nourish their baby in the best way they could.

Wherever you are in your feeding story — still in it, just beginning, grieving it, or looking back with pride — you are doing enough. You have done enough. 🤍
