FREE sessions that focus on simple, therapeutic yoga-inspired exercises to improve strength, balance and mobility while reducing stress & anxiety and foster a deeper sense of calm.
Suitable for everyone looking to:

✔️Improve sleep and energy levels
✔️Build confidence in movement

✨ Each class combines gentle movement, breathing techniques and relaxation, delivered with both mat and chair options, in a warm and inclusive environment — no previous experience is needed.
✨ Suitable for anyone recovering from injury, living with limited mobility or seeking a gentler approach to exercise and self-care.
✨ Sessions are delivered by a certified yoga therapist offering holistic wellness programmes to NHS patients in the Brentwood PCN.
⚠️Wear comfortable clothing, layers for warmth, bring some water to hydrate.
Mats available to borrow.
