Since being established in 2013 we have trained hundreds of parents to safely practice massage and yoga with their children. We offer a range of classes including yoga, massage, music and sensory promoting little ones wellbeing and development. Our classes are friendly, baby-led, relaxed and run by fully qualified, accredited and insured trainers.

With just one more nursery class tomorrow morning, that’s a wrap for us this Christmas and for 2025!

The last few weeks have been full of festive fun and Christmas magic. A huge thank you to everyone who joined us. We’ve loved celebrating with you and your little ones. And the outfits… wow! From sparkly dresses to reindeers, elves, Santas, and the cutest little Christmas puddings, you’ve all well and truly sleighed it!

Wishing you all a magical Christmas, and we can’t wait to see you again in the New Year 🎄
