Studio ready to welcome ten explorers into the realm of parts work.

Parts work recognises that we have many different aspects of our self and they don’t always work together well.

Like when you set the morning alarm with all the intention of an early start… but then by the time the morning comes we somehow hit snooze over (and over) again.

It can feel like self sabotage
It can feel like we just don’t have enough discipline
We can call ourselves lazy or other unhelpful negative labels

And we may be stuck in old habits for years leading to confusion, frustration and impacts on our mental health.

Parts work helps us to let go of the frustration and find internal alignment. It’s like getting everyone together to get on the same team.

It’s holistic
It’s deeply caring
And it can be deeply life changing

This weekends workshop is full but I’d love to share this with you so…

Good evening. We hope you have had a good week and are all safe and well following the recent weather.

We are excited to be offering another Pain Management Workshop commencing Monday 16th February, which will run for 11 weeks, between 1015 and 1215.

The 'Ten Footsteps' programme is for anyone who lives with persistent pain on a regular basis and is interested in exploring alternative ways to manage this in a supportive environment with lived experience facilitators. There is then an option to remain part of a peer group at the end.

This course is ideal for anyone who would like to reap the benefits of an established meditation practice based on a ten stage program of meditation. The course will follow an in-depth book and will involve reading, daily practice and supportive group sessions.

Meditation Course for Beginners

“First Steps Toward Stillness”
We are offering an 8-week, beginner-friendly journey into the first three stages of The Mind Illuminated.

Together, we’ll explore the theoretical and practical foundations for cultivating the innate capacities of mind and heart.

The course takes place via Zoom every Wednesday from 7:00–8:30 pm CET, running from February 4 to March 25.

Each session includes guided meditations, short theoretical input, and space for questions. The course is offered on a donation basis, and no previous experience is required.
