Looking for a bit of extra support for yourself or a loved one? We currently have limited support slots available for adults needing a helping hand with:

🧹 Domestic tasks
🛒 Shopping
🍳 Cooking
🧼 Light cleaning
🚗 Getting out and about
☕️ Coffee and a chat
📅 Attending appointments
👭 Social activities
✍️ Letters, bills or paperwork
🧠 Mental health support
🧩 Support for learning disabilities

Whether it’s practical help at home or friendly companionship out in the community, our caring and professional team is here to support you.

All staff have a vehicle that you can use.

No additional mileage charges for local travel

📅 Current Availability:

• Monday: 3.00pm – 5.00pm

• Tuesday: 12:30pm – 3:30pm
12:30pm – 2:30pm

• Thursday: 4.00pm – 5.00pm

• Friday: 2.00pm – 4.00pm

Full time, permanent community support worker position - immediate start available.

Covering the Bristol area only.

Annual salary of £23,795.20

40 hours per week.

Monday to Friday (no shifts earlier than 8am and no shifts later than 6pm)

Start and finish times negotiable.

Overtime at weekends available £13ph

45p paid per business mile used.

All gaps between services paid.

Visiting no more than 4 people per day.

Private health insurance (with general and medical) includes, dental and optical care and travel insurance.

No previous experience or qualifications required as full training is provided.

You will need a valid driving licence and a car you are able to use for work 🚗

Today we received the amazing news that we have been inspected and rated as ‘outstanding’ by the care quality commission.

We would like to thank each and everyone of our staff members.

Without all your hard work and dedication to the company this wouldn’t be possible.

You all do a fantastic job and genuinely care about the people we support, often going above and beyond what is expected of you.
