My idea of a perfect morning routine for busy days 🌅
..because lets face it, we are all busy!

1. Listen to positive affirmations while you brush your teeth

2. Read one page of a book

3. Say 3 things you're grateful for in the mirror while you're styling your hair

4. Avoid your phone for as long as possible

5. Do one yoga stretch as you're getting out of bed

Can you help someone who doesn’t want to be helped?

The short answer: NO.

In hypnotherapy, there needs to be a self-belief from the client before sessions.

The client needs to WANT to change.

And when they’re ready to engagement and put maximum effort into our sessions. Only then will great results be achieved.
