Hello, welcome to my page. My name is Jo. I am an Integrative Counsellor and Couples Psychotherapist and have experience of supporting people with a range of difficulties from loss, complex bereavement, stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, separation, divorce and life changes.​

I have a passion for human beings and enjoy having the opportunity to help support a person make a real difference in their life.​

I see you as a unique individual and believe you are the expert of your story. You have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming these difficulties, challenges and patterns in your life's script.

My main aim is to create a safe space for you to explore your emotions and witness a self discovery in a non judgemental and transparent environment. I endeavour to move as close to your frame of reference as possible, allowing you to slowly build a self-acceptance and internal trusting.
