When we walk the Goddess Wheel of the year we heal the parts of us that have been hurt, abandoned or lost in the shadow. Today we worked with the winter solstice and noticed where we keep over working, where we lose our boundaries and feel that a part of us has been lost as we conform to others. We found our stillness and the places we avoid as we set intentions for the coming days and months. Womans work is something I offer as part of my shamanic healing.
