Ashiatsu is honestly one of my favorite ways to melt tension.
When I work with my feet, I can give you those deep, slow, even pressures that hands just can’t reach. It’s depth without that sharp, bracing feeling — your body just lets go.
It opens space in the muscles, boosts circulation, and brings this grounded, heavy calm that feels like a full-body exhale.
It’s deep work, but in the gentlest way. 🌿✨
