Both reduced our BP (and his heart rate; mine naturally low, usually ) dramatically - both systole and diastole 💜 ...machine used to record with 5 mins gaps 🙏🏼

🎤Singing ...activates the Vagus nerve, which directly stimulates our relaxation response ( the Parasympathetic). .and of course raises endorphins. It is a huge connector keeping people bonded.
