Sometimes people think they’ll wake up one day and everything will just feel normal again.

In reality, it very rarely works like that.

Recovery is gradual. It’s built over time through the right treatment, movement, and consistency.

Small improvements add up — and that’s what gets you back to doing what you want to do.

If something’s not improving, don’t wait for it to fix itself.

One of the most rewarding parts of Johanne’s role is seeing the shift.

From people who feel limited or unsure…
to moving well again, building confidence, and even stepping into new sports.

That’s what it’s all about.

Got back pain and not sure who to see?

Osteopathy or massage — it’s not always obvious what’s right for you.

That’s why we offer a complimentary movement screen.
We assess how your body is moving, understand what’s going on, and guide you towards the right treatment.

No guesswork. Just a clear starting point.

PART TWO: What the movement screen tells us

The assessment is just the starting point.

From this, we can identify what’s limiting your movement, where your body is compensating, and what’s likely contributing to pain or injury.

From there, we build a plan — whether that’s treatment, rehab, or movement-based work — tailored to what your body actually needs.

No guesswork. Just a clear direction.

PART ONE: Introductory Movement Screen

This is a complimentary assessment designed to give us a clear understanding of how your body moves — and where we can improve it.

We look at your movement capacity, identify any limitations, and build a picture of what’s really going on.

This is a six-stage screen, with each step giving us valuable insight into how your body is functioning.

Most people assume athletes put their bodies under the most strain.

In reality, it’s often the opposite.

Athletes train hard — but they also recover properly. They have structure, support, and time dedicated to looking after their bodies.

The average person is juggling work, stress, poor sleep, inconsistent training, and very little recovery.

Over time, that adds up.

Pain isn’t always about one injury — it’s often the result of everything your body is dealing with day to day.

That’s where we come in. Book an appointment or drop us a DM to find out more.
