Another beautiful day today Roots To Rise day retreat.

A Mindful walk with a stunning veiw, yoga 🧘 meditation, mandala painting, Ayurveda workshop, cacao ceremony with sound bath and healing ❤️‍🩹 with a heartwarming autumnal hot pot with red cabbage and apple.

My heart is full of gratitude the theme today was the art of surrender and we certainly did just that today! 🙏🌅🧘❤️‍🩹

If anyone fancies joining our Oct yoga classes at 6.30pm on Friday evening until 7.30pm St James The Great Church Wrightington

£10 per class or you can book 4 weeks for £35.00

We will be in the church ⛪️ hall opposite the church.

All welcome and beginners, the class combines gentle yoga flow 🧘 with a 15 minute meditation 🧘 and beautiful sounds to seal our practise. 💕
