Please be aware the location of tomorrows Shillington Shapers will now take place at the Congregational Church at 6pm - have you booked your place?

Chloe is very professional and has a fantastic balance of gauging everyone’s abilities and needs.

You can ask for guidance on fitness, health and Chloe also gives tips on nutrition.

She has a wide range of equipment that gets the heart rate up and the calories burning! Whilst building up the level for more challenging sessions.

It’s a brilliant 45 minutes not only do I know I’ve worked hard but I came back happy, positive and feeling fabulous!

Thank you!

I would highly recommend and I’ll see her at next bootcamp.

Back Pain....

Back pain affects over 80% of people. Did you know the most common reason for this is due to weak core muscles?

Core muscles are tiny muscles in between your spine (think of these like a tent frame) if the tent frame is weak in a place then it puts extra pressure on other areas and causes a problem.
