On Burns Night we have celebrated all day with Steve entertaining us this afternoon. At dinner, the residents had either Scottish salmon or haggis with neeps and tatties. For pudding they ate cranachan, which is a traditional Scottish dessert. All washed down with Iron Bru or a Scottish whisky!
